Your Conejo Valley Realtor
Jennifer Chebi began her real estate journey in her early twenties. As an ambitious and enthusiastic young woman, she began selling homes in 1999 for a new homebuilder in the master-planned community of Dos Vientos. In 2002, she was recruited to D.R. Horton, the largest homebuilder in the country and a Fortune 500 company. During her thirteen year career at D.R Horton, she was responsible for marketing and selling over 10,000 homes.
In the summer of 2017, Jennifer joined her parents, Paul and Marty Campbell (The Campbell Group) at Aviara Real Estate. Since 1978, The Campbell Group has successfully sold over 1000 homes in the Conejo Valley.
Jennifer grew up in Westlake Village and currently resides in Oak Park. She is able to use her love and knowledge of the Conejo Valley to help guide her clients in the decision-making process. She has also lived in Orange County, where she met her husband Eric and sold real estate for Aviara’s sister company, Regency Real Estate Brokers in Mission Viejo. She and Eric are co-founders of The Conejo Valley Triathlon Team and they enjoy spending time with family and friends. Her friendly personality, positive attitude and big smile makes her a joy to be around but it’s her ability to consistently deliver results that makes her a true real estate professional.

Working with Jen was a breeze. She listened to everything we had to say and put this to work with her searches. She even pre-screened the homes in person before taking us out. We are very happy with Jen’s diligence and hard work. She made the home buying process seamless with very little work on our part. Thanks Jen, and we hope others make the same decision we did to put you in charge of a process that can be overwhelming without the right person/team.
