Carole is a longtime resident of Westlake Village where she specializes in the local marketing and sale of single-family residences. “My knowledge and expertise in the local marketplace helps buyers save time in locating their new home and helps owners realize top price for selling their homes,” explains Carole, who also represents buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of homes in Westlake Village, North Ranch, Oak Park, Agoura Hills, and Thousand Oaks.
A graduate of UCLA, Carole is affiliated as Broker-Associate and Partner with Aviara Real Estate in Westlake Village. Previous affiliations include Coldwell Banker, Century 21, Re/Max, and Realty Executives. She has earned the GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations, earned by only 5% of agents nationwide. The CRS is the highest designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field and recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.
In addition to her career, Carole enjoys staying actively involved in her community.
