Rene’ Hultine- ABR, ASP, Real Estate Broker, Buyer Specialist- Rene’ spent 16 years as a real estate lender for some of the best known banks in the area including California Federal, Great Western and Bank of the Oaks. It was during this time that Rene’ met Sandy and Bill and became their lender of choice. Eventually Rene’ and The Humphrey’s opened their own mortgage company in order to better serve their clients. Rene’ has brought her background in lending, along with her personal warmth and genuine concern, to The Humphrey Team (once again) in order to serve our clients as their own “personal shopper”. Rene’ is constantly “in tune” with the market, often finding buyers their dream home…even before the house hits the Multiple Listing Service.
