Sandy has been selling real estate in the Conejo Valley and surrounding areas since 1984. Sandy graduated from The University of Illinois with a degree in Special Education. She taught school for 9 years both in regular elementary and junior high classes and special education classes. Sandy’s love of children and education has compelled the Humphrey Team to become very involved in our neighborhood schools. We have sponsored The Humphrey Team Reading Club, Read Write and Blue, and School Team for Sycamore Canyon School. We have also had the privilege of providing a $1500 scholarship to Newbury Park High School Seniors since 1984!
Sandy has traveled all over the country to seminars and classes in order to continually improve her knowledge of real estate. Sandy is a Graduate of The Real Estate Institute and is a Certified Residential Specialist and is one of the very few Realtors in the country to be an Accredited Staging Professional! She is also a Senior Specialist and is a Certified Luxury Homes Specialist. These designations, The Humphrey Team feels give their clients an edge when buying or selling real estate.
