One of the smartest decisions we ever made was to select Brooke Grayson as our Realtor. As such, she was excellent. She was there for us every step of the way. We hadn’t moved for twenty years and things had changed a lot, not the least of which was being in the midst of a pandemic. She guided us through the entire process, including staging, selling, packing, and shipping. We couldn’t have asked for better results. But aside from Brooke’s professionalism, she also did things beyond what we expected of a Realtor. We became quickly convinced that her decisions and actions put us in the front of her work effort. She came often to help us pack, she made sure we had the proper boxes and tools for packing, having been to the stores to pick up the goods. The pictures she had taken of our home were beautiful, as well as the brochure she created. She assisted with our garage sale. She made our life so much easier. My fiancé Jared, myself and our two young children lost our home in the recent Woolsey fire. In the days following the fire, we were bombarded by realtors understandably reaching out to help. Being traumatized and lost in the chaos, we didn’t know what to do or where to start. A close friend of mine passed on our information to Brooke, and she kindly reached out to us. We responded to her initially because of the referral, but Brooke subsequently proved it was the best decision we could have made.
