Regarding her path leading to real estate, she has always had a passion for self-starting and a competitors heart. She has assisted friends and family with home decor, home renovations or DIY projects over the years and had a career in real estate in the back of her mind for some time. Chanda has 10+ years of history in sales, giving her an edge when it comes to negotiating. She is the Executive Director of Old Boney Mountain Foundation for Kids, a startup non profit both her and her father started in Newbury Park. With the passion and experience starting up the Foundation, you can trust that she has the entrepreneur’s work ethic to get business going from start to finish.

She spends time hiking the local trails with friends, soaking up the sun at one of our local beaches, camping, taking trips along the coast for wine or craft beer tasting, taking on a DIY project and hitting local establishments for mouth-watering food and beverage!
