I first joined REMAX Westside Properties, Brentwood, CA in 1999. I was drawn to the REO market which help facilitate the development of loss-mitigation portfolio assets for Fannie Mae, Bank One Corporation, Countrywide Loans, Bank of America, and Fidelity. I earned a Senior REO specialist designation with broker partners and have a solid reputation servicing corporate clients’ assets from initial valuations to closing.
In 2007 I formed REO Management Group LLC with a partner to keep up with the demand of distressed homes following the 2008 recession.
I have over 25 years’ experience as a licensed realtor, REO Specialist, and development project consultant.
