I’m a Native Californian. I spent my first 20 years in the San Fernando Valley, then became a Thousand Oaks resident in 1977. I love our Community. This is Utopia! After having spent over 12 years owning & operating two High Performance Racing stores in Thousand Oaks & Simi Valley , it was time to take on a new challenge. Real Estate fit perfectly. I received my real estate license in 1985 and my Broker’s license in 2002. I’ve helped hundreds of homeowners achieve their dreams in my over 31 years in real estate.

I am honored to be able give something back to my industry while serving my fellow Realtors. I served as the 2006 President of the Conejo Valley Association of Realtors. I was also extremely honored to serve as a California State Director for our Real Estate trade organization, C.A.R. along with serving on our Board of Directors at Conejo Simi Moorpark Association of Realtors.

I was awarded the highest honor our Association of Realtors bestows, I was named as Realtor of the Year 2009. My committee work, along with my past C.A.R. Director position helps keep me abreast of new laws, technology & current Real Estate issues. I also served on our local M.L.S. V.C.R.D.S committee working to keep our Real Estate Community, current with tomorrow’s technology.
