Joel Reznick, Broker, has been a local resident for the Conejo Valley for over 30 years. Joel is one of the original shareholders at Aviara, which now has over 200 agents. Joel was most recently awarded the Top 40 Under 40 for the Conejo Valley as well. He is very active in his profession as the current President of the Conejo Simi Moorpark Association of realtors, and has been on the board for over a decade. Joel has earned many awards over his career as a broker including Realtor of the Year for 2012 which was awarded by CSMAR which includes over 2000 agents.
Joel is very passionate about his clients, and treats their investments as he would his own. Joel is married to his Westlake High School sweetheart, Sarah and they have two boys, Zane and Wynn as well as two rescue dogs Cookie and Halvah.
