Tracie Novak is a Realtor with our Webber Estates Team here at Aviara Real Estate. Tracie attended California State University, Northridge where she obtained her B.A. degree in English Literature. Tracie double minored in Art History and Sociology. After University, she began a 14 year career in Human Resources. A true business management advocate, Tracie has held various corporate Human Resource team management positions for Boeing, Dreamworks Studios, Lucent Technologies, Universal Studios, Aon Insurance Services and lastly at Baxter BioScience.
A desire to shift her lifestyle and run her own business motivated Tracie to pursue her passion for real estate. Over the past 11 years as a real estate agent, she has fine tuned her abilities as a skilled negotiator, a caring client advocate, true marketing professional, and customer service expert. With years of experience of developing ideas and meeting deadlines with Fortune 500 companies on their human resource teams, Tracie expertly applies these skills to the real estate profession with her clients.
After being at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services for 7.5 years, she realized she wanted to be part of a collaborative and dynamic real estate team. Tracie joined our team in April 2021 to be able to serve her clients better with more resources, technology and internet presence that the our team provides.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading classic literature, spending time with friends and family, going to art museums, RV camping, cooking, gardening, scenic road trips, cooking, and hiking. Tracie has a passion for volunteering at various charities and non profit organizations in the Conejo Valley and L.A. and Ventura County areas. As an active member of many organizations, she enjoys serving and supporting the local community. Travel is one her favorite pastimes. She’s been to England, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Slovenia, Scotland, Croatia, and many cities all over the U.S. She currently resides in the Conejo Valley with her Maltipoo puppy; Charlie.
